Inviting Officials to Your Agency

As a SurePass Admin, you have the ability to send invites to your officials from the Manage Officials tab. This will send them an email invite that allows them to download the SurePass app to their mobile device.

  1. From the Home Screen, choose Manage Officials from the tab on the left panel.
  2. Select the official(s) you wish to invite from the table and click the Email Invite icon in the top left.
  3. You can add additional officials by searching for their name within the To field of the email form.
  4. You can remove officials from the invite by clicking the X next to their name in the To field of the email form.
