Revoking Issued Credentials

As an admin, you have the ability to revoke credentials after they have been activated on an account.

  1. In Manage Officials scroll to the far right of the selected official and choose Actions > Official Details
  2. Scroll down to Issued Credentials to see all the associated credentials for an official. You can delete the credential using the Trash icon.
  3. You also can revoke access to a certain credential by choosing Edit Credential and changing the status to Revoked .

There are several situations when revoking a credential is necessary, including if an official misplaces their SureTag or SureCard. If their credential is recovered, you can change the status back to Active.
