Why am I not receiving my login code in my email?

There are several reasons why your login code may not have arrived in your email.

Confirm Email Address

Please ensure that you are checking the same email address that you used to register with SurePass. This email address must match the domain of your agency. SurePass will not work if you sign up using a personal email address.

Delivery Times

Depending on your agency's email settings, it may take up to a few minutes for your login code to arrive. Please wait at least 2 minutes before clicking on link to resend your login code.

Spam Folder + Spam Settings

In some cases, the SurePass email may have been delivered to your Spam folder. Please double-check that your Spam folder does not contain your login code before clicking on the link to resend your login code.

Also, if you click on the link to Resend your login code too frequently without waiting for enough time, it may cause your email delivery to flag these requests as Spam. Please wait at least 2 minutes before clicking on link to resend your login code.
