Accessing SurePass OCID in Your Mobile Wallet
In order to use your OCID at an authorized checkpoint, you will need to use your mobile wallet pass to access your OCID.
The OCID in the SurePass app cannot be used at authorized checkpoints at this time.
Below are instructions on how to access your mobile wallet pass on iOS/Apple devices and Android devices.
Accessing Your Mobile Wallet Pass on iOS/Apple Devices
Here are simple steps to access your mobile wallet on iPhone:
Method 1: Double-click the side button
- With your iPhone locked or unlocked, quickly press the side button (power button) twice
- Your wallet will pop up from the bottom of the screen
- Use Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode to authenticate if needed
- Tap the card you want to use
Method 2: From Control Center
- Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen (or swipe up from the bottom on older iPhones)
- Look for the wallet icon and tap it
- Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode
- Select your payment method
Method 3: Find the Wallet app
- Look for the black "Wallet" app icon on your home screen (it looks like a wallet)
- Tap to open it
- Choose the card you want to use
Method 4: Search for the Wallet app
- Swipe down from the middle of your home screen to open search
- Type "Wallet" in the search bar
- Tap the Wallet app when it appears in the results
- Choose the card you want to use
Accessing Your Mobile Wallet Pass on Android Devices
Here are simple steps to access your mobile wallet on your Android device:
Method 1: Google Pay (most common)
- Look for the "Google Pay" or "GPay" app on your home screen or app drawer
- Tap to open it
- Your passes will appear - tap the one you want to use
- Show the pass on your screen when needed
Method 2: Quick access from lock screen
- Wake up your phone (but don't unlock it)
- Look for a small wallet or card icon at the bottom of the lock screen
- Tap it to see your available passes
- Authenticate with fingerprint, face unlock, or PIN if prompted
Method 3: Power button shortcut (on some phones)
- Press and hold the power button
- Look for "GPay" or wallet option in the menu that appears
- Tap it to open your passes
Method 4: Quick Settings
- Swipe down from the top of your screen twice to open Quick Settings
- Look for a "GPay" or wallet tile
- Tap it to access your passes
Method 5: Search for the app
- Swipe up from the bottom of your home screen to open the app drawer
- At the top, tap the search bar and type "Google Pay" or "GPay"
- Tap the app when it appears in the results
- Choose the pass you want to use
