Why won't my OCID scan in the mobile app?

Your OCID will not work if you are trying to scan it directly from the SurePass mobile app. The SurePass app is currently not configured to allow scanning your OCID from the app itself.

Instead, you need to ensure that you add your OCID to your mobile wallet pass instead! Once it has been added, you can present your mobile wallet pass to the OCID Scanner.
