Adding or Updating Your Profile Picture In SurePass

Add Your Photo (First Time)

  1. Login to the SurePass mobile app
  2. When prompted, tap Add Photo
  3. Choose one:
    • Take a Photo (use your camera)
    • Pick from Library
  4. Your photo will save automatically

Important: You must have a photo to be verified at a checkpoint.

Update Your Photo

  1. Open the app and go to your View My OCID from the navigation menu
  2. Tap your photo or click the Edit Photo button
  3. Take a new photo or choose one from your library
  4. Your new photo will replace the old one

Photo Guidelines

For best results, make sure your photo:

  • Shows only you
  • Includes your head and shoulders
  • Is clear and well-lit
  • Uses a plain, light background
  • Looks like you currently
  • Does not include sunglasses or hats (unless for religious reasons)

Avoid These:

    • Photos with multiple people
    • Blurry or low-quality images
    • Photos of another photo
    • Obstructed face or unusual gestures

After uploading or updating your photo, check your OCID to make sure it’s properly framed.
