Adding or Updating Your Profile Picture In SurePass
Add Your Photo (First Time)
- Login to the SurePass mobile app
- When prompted, tap Add Photo
- Choose one:
- Take a Photo (use your camera)
- Pick from Library
- Your photo will save automatically
Important: You must have a photo to be verified at a checkpoint.
Update Your Photo
- Open the app and go to your View My OCID from the navigation menu
- Tap your photo or click the Edit Photo button
- Take a new photo or choose one from your library
- Your new photo will replace the old one
Photo Guidelines
For best results, make sure your photo:
- Shows only you
- Includes your head and shoulders
- Is clear and well-lit
- Uses a plain, light background
- Looks like you currently
- Does not include sunglasses or hats (unless for religious reasons)
Avoid These:
- Photos with multiple people
- Blurry or low-quality images
- Photos of another photo
- Obstructed face or unusual gestures
After uploading or updating your photo, check your OCID to make sure it’s properly framed.
