Designations for Users

For each user, you have the ability to assign a specific designation. We've included 23 different options to more clearly classify members of your staff.

This Designation will also be reflected in a user's OCID to more clearly communicate their role to verifiers at a checkpoint. 

Changing a User's Designation

  1. Navigate to User Management from within the Admin Dashboard
  2. When creating a new user (or editing an existing user) you will have the option the change or update their designation to more accurately reflect their designation within your organization.
