Activating Credentials as an Admin

This guide will walk you through the process of activating the credentials of anyone in your agency/organization from the mobile app. This functionality is only available for users who have the role of either Admin  or Owner .

  1. Log into the SurePass mobile app.
  2. Choose the Manage Agency Credentials  option from the Home view.
  3. Choose the person you wish to activate credentials for by finding them in the list view or searching for them directly. Then choose the Open option to see their credentials.
  4. Find the unactivated credential and choose the Activate  option.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the activation process. This involves:
    1. Scanning the credential using your mobile device to begin the activation process.
    2. Verify the activation process by scanning the credential.
  6. If you encounter any issues during the activation process, try scanning the credential again until you are met with a success prompt on your device.
