Activating Credentials as an Admin
This guide will walk you through the process of activating the credentials of anyone in your agency/organization from the mobile app. This functionality is only available for users who have the role of either Admin or Owner .
- Log into the SurePass mobile app.
- Choose the
Manage Agency Credentialsoption from the Home view. - Choose the person you wish to activate credentials for by finding them in the list view or searching for them directly. Then choose the
Openoption to see their credentials. - Find the unactivated credential and choose the
Activateoption. - Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the activation process. This involves:
- Scanning the credential using your mobile device to begin the activation process.
- Verify the activation process by scanning the credential.
- If you encounter any issues during the activation process, try scanning the credential again until you are met with a success prompt on your device.
