Default setting. The user can utilize SurePass at secure checkpoints.
Suspended
Temporary deactivation. Use when a user should not be using SurePass for a limited time. Change their status back to Active when the suspension is over.
Inactive
Permanent removal. Use for retirements or changes in employment where the user will not return.
In the User Page, enable the Job Status column via Manage Columns, then double-click a user's current status to change it.
How to Deactivate a User:

In the admin dashboard, navigate to the User page on the web app.

Scroll to the user whose status you want to change.

If Job Status is not already visible in the table, click Manage Columns and enable it.

Locate the Job Status column for the user.

Double-click their current status and select the new status from the dropdown — Suspended for temporary or Delete for permanent.

Why can't I delete a user? SurePass does not allow the deletion of user accounts. Deleting an account would erase all associated activity, including clearance log entries. Changing a user's status to Inactive preserves their complete record while removing their access.
