Adding Contract Security Personnel to SurePass

If your agency utilizes Contract Security personnel at your checkpoints, you can add them directly to your roster using the Contract Security role.
📌 About PINs: All roles except Officials are assigned a unique PIN. This makes it easier to track verifications and checkouts at each checkpoint without requiring a full login.
Step by Step Adding Contract Security to Your Roster:

Log in to the Admin Dashboard at app.surepass.com. Enter your organization email, click Next, and enter the six-digit code sent to your email.

Navigate to page - User.

Click New User.

Select Contract Security as the role.

Choose their Armed Permission status.

Once the user has been created, make note of their PIN number and/or share it directly with them via email from within the SurePass app.

To share the PIN, click the ⋮ icon on the user's row, choose Share Verifier PIN, then click Share PIN.
