Android Wallet Pass Issues
If you are unable to scan your mobile OCID at the reader with your Android device, it may mean that your device does NOT have NFC (near field communication) enabled. Follow these steps to enable NFC capabilities on your device:
- On your Android device, open the Settings app.
- In the search bar, type “NFC.”
- Make sure that the NFC setting is toggled ON.
Once you have enabled NFC on your Android device, confirm that you have correctly added your OCID to your mobile wallet pass and attempt to scan your credential again.
