Android Wallet Pass Issues

If you are unable to scan a mobile OCID on an Android device, it may mean that the device does NOT have NFC (near field communication) enabled. Follow these steps to enable NFC capabilities on the device:

    • On your Android device, open the Settings app.
    • In the search bar, type “NFC.”
    • Make sure that the NFC setting is toggled ON.

Once you have enabled NFC on the Android device, confirm that the user has correctly added their OCID to their mobile wallet pass and attempt to scan your credential again.
